If we pass this on and everyone sends one card, think of how many cards these wonderful, special people who have sacrificed so much would get.

It's that time of the year!

The Holidays are right around the corner, and we all know what that means! Holiday parties, staying with friends and family, and attempting to find the perfect gift! This is not the time for your etiquette to get sloppy, rather show your host that you are appreciative of the time he or she has put into the party or for letting you stay with them. Uptown Stationery has been busy with a lot of custom orders lately, but for those of you who have just found Uptown, let me explain what a custom order is. Essentially a custom order is a card designed to fit your needs. Some of the recent custom orders I have filled include Birthday cards, Military themed cards, thank you notes, Congratulatory cards for weddings, and simple cards just to say hello. On my free time I have also been working on seasonal cards for fall, Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas as well as holidays year round.

First Corporate Order!

I am happy to say that Uptown Stationery received its first corporate order for 150 invitations to a Wine Tasting and Ribbon Cutting Ceremony! Look for those cards coming soon, as I must have them finished by next week. :)

REAL SIMPLE is a great magazine filled with tips to make everyday life a bit easier. I found this article about writing the perfect note, and thought it would be a great tool! The article included examples of Birthday Greetings, Celebratory notes, and Condolence notes. The suggestions given were very helpful!
